Bill Gates spent his final day at Microsoft. Bill, thanks for the XBox, but I still hate you for Vista.

Pretending To Care
28 06 2008I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to talk politics with people this election year. Thankfully, The Onion gives me some strategies.

I Admit It … I Like GTA
27 04 2008I bought this game. I’m about 75 complete, but have grown tired of sniping crooks and wrecking my car. I have it if someone wants to borrow it. Hint: Don’t play multiplayer. Those 14-year-old kids, who I know are smoking marijuana on the other end because I hear them say “Lemme take this bong hit real quick” through my XBox360 headphones, are ruthless.

Say What?
20 04 2008Good story in the NY Times about something we’ve all suspected for a while. The military analysts who got more face time on the news than actual journalists during the Iraq invasion and aftermath were, shockingly, working in cooperation with the Pentagon.

Bridge Collapse Redux
18 04 2008I’m beginning to think that I’m bad luck. I was only 15 miles away from the Interstate 40 bridge when it collapsed in Webber’s Falls, Oklahoma, and I was three miles away when the Interstate 35W bridge collapsed in Minneapolis. Coincidence? Not sure. Regardless, here are some pics I snapped of the I-35 collapse.

“I’m A Man … I’m 40″
28 09 2007I don’t really like the Oklahoman either, but can you really claim that you are holding true to ametuer athletics when you accepted $165M from T Boone. Just saying. I’m happy the university took the money, but I don’t know that OkState should go around preaching about the virtues of amatuer athletics when their pocket is bulging from some non-amatuer cash.
